  • 2024 ART OF SKATING (AOS)

As the season comes to a close, the focus of training shifts to learning new skills and building the base for next season. Proper skating mechanics are a vital component of speed in hockey. We have formulated a Skating Program to prepare players for speed and efficiency at the next level. New this year the program will consist of on-ice and off-ice instruction to ensure athletes build the strength, stamina, and body awareness needed to make meaningful change in their stride.

  • 2024 GOALIE'S EDGE

Goalies Edge will be running goalie-specific camps for specific age groups. These camps are a great way to get on the ice with other goalies and work on goalie skills and game-like situations. The younger group will focus on building the fundamentals that will develop into strong habits for their upcoming seasons. The older group will be focusing on game situations, game awareness, and how to get themselves to the next level.

  • 2024 CHECKING CLINIC

As the end of a season is upon us, the next season is of the main focus. Checking is now going to be apart of your son's life and we want to ensure that they are ready to take it on with knowledge and safety. We have formulated a Checking Program to prepare these players for the spring and beyond. New this year the program will consist of on ice and off ice instruction to fully prepare these players for checking.
