  • Matt Murray - President of SEH Development group

    Matt is the founder of the Scorer’s Edge Hockey, which specializes in long-term player development by planning and executing private lessons, clinics, and camps for players of all ages. Matt has devoted his life to the game of hockey and has played successfully at all levels including AAA (Madison Capitols), Prep High School (Culver Military Academy), USHL (Omaha Lancers, Waterloo Blackhawks), Division-1 (Wisconsin Badgers), and professional (SC Reisersee – Germany).

    Since his playing days, Matt has served as the Vice President of Operations for a Junior A hockey team and currently serves as the Director of Hockey for the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals organization. Matt has been with the Jr. Admirals for 17 full seasons and coaches the program's 16U team.

  • Mark Adamek - Director of Scorer's Edge & Defensive Development Specialist

    Coach Mark Adamek was born, raised and began playing hockey in San Diego, California. Mark has an extensive playing background AAA (Vail), NAHL (Grand Rapids, Springfield, and St Louis), USHL( Rochester) , NCAA (LSSU), and Professionally ECHL (Stockton and San Diego). In 2009-2010, Coach Adamek played his final season of professional hockey with the Wichita Thunder of the CHL.

    Since retirement from his playing career, Coach Adamek started coaching youth hockey in Salt Lake City, Utah and currently serves as the MJA U18 Head Coach. Additionally, Mark and his 2 brothers own and operate 3 Brothers Hockey camp run out of Salt Lake City each summer.

  • Matt Doman-Director of Scorer's Edge & Forward Development

    With a lifelong passion for hockey, Matt Doman brings extensive experience and a proven track record of developing hockey players of all ages.  Matt has dedicated his career to shaping the next generation of elite players.  Matt began his coaching career with the Milwaukee Jr Admirals as the Head Coach of the 18u AAA team and Director of Player Development.  He then moved to Minnesota to open a hockey training facility and coach the Stillwater Boys High School team. After 12 years of coaching in Minnesota Matt took the Director and Head of Hockey position with TPH in Colorado. At TPH, Matt oversaw player development programs, curriculum design, and mentorship initiatives.  His leadership and commitment to excellence ensured that athletes received top-tier coaching, both on and off the ice. After 4 years Matt and his family moved back to Wisconsin to once again coach with the Milwaukee Jr Admirals.  Matt now serves as the Director of Coaching and Head Coach of the 14u Milwaukee Jr Admiral team. With a coaching philosophy centered on passion, hard work, hockey IQ and a love for the game, Matt continues to inspire and develop high-level players, preparing them for the next steps in their hockey careers. 

  • Justin Dyke

    Born in Tarzana, CA, Coach Justin started playing hockey at 4 years old early in 1989 after Wayne Gretzky was traded to the La Kings.  The Kings new practice facility was located five miles from his house in North Hills, CA when hockey blossomed throughout the community. Justin played youth hockey in So Cal and after two seasons of Midget hockey in 2002, Justin decided to leave home and pursue his hockey dream which landed him in the BCHL.

    Justin played one season in the BCHL playing for the Williams Lake Timberwolves.  After one season in Canada, Justin went to play for the Helena Bighorns in the NAHL.  An injury cut the 2003/2004 season short and Justin returned home. Justin finished his Junior career in 2005 after playing two seasons for the Valencia Vipers (WSHL) as their captain culminating with an all-star selection in his final season of Juniors.

    Justin’s love for coaching began in 2003 and since his retirement from competitive hockey, Justin has dedicated himself to the development of youth hockey players.  He has been a Head Coach for all ages and levels from Mites to Junior A.  Justin has also led several NHL skill sessions for several current and former professional hockey players. For the past 6 seasons Justin was The Hockey Director for the CA Bears Program in SoCal where he helped a premier Tier 2 program springboard into Tier 1 where the programs 2007 group in 2023 won the Pacific district and Went to Nationals.  Most recently in the 24/25 Season as Head Coach Justin led his 14u team to a state championship and culminating with a 2-1-1 record at Nationals.  

    Justin and his family have been a part of Hockey in southern CA since 1989.  Justin strives to be a positive influence on youth hockey players where he promotes skill development, hockey intelligence, and good sportsmanship.  He believes these characteristics are key factors in developing not only great hockey players, but dedicated, highly motivated, great people!

    The 2025/26 Season brings in some new excitement as Justin and his family are moving to Oconomowoc Wi. Going into his 22nd season as a Coach Justin is excited for his new adventure with the Jr Admirals program and is excited to become an integral part of both the organizations and players successes.

  • Tim Rooney

    Coach Tim Rooney was born in Virginia raised in Whitefish Bay Wisconsin. He started playing hockey at age six in the Winter Club Association and his love of hockey truly began when the Milwaukee Admirals AHL players visited his elementary school. This is where he found his drive to play hockey at a higher level leading him to the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals program and Scorer`s Edge Hockey to further his playing ability. Tim graduated from the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals program and pursued his hockey career out east. Playing for multiple junior hockey programs before deciding on attending Providence College in Rhode Island and played club hockey at the College. While attending Tim continued to stay connected to the game he loved and worked for Scorers Edge during his summer breaks helping develop players individual skills with a personalized focus so they can flourish in their seasons and advance to higher levels through their improved skills.

     

    Tim credits the culture and commitment to a long-term development model of the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals as the catalyst for his growth as a player. As an alumnus of the program this is something that he takes pride in and wants to carry on to the next generation of Jr. Admirals. As what separated the great teams he played for here was their commitment to compete, hard work, and the little details that most teams were not willing to do that lead to winning. These core principals are things that Coach Tim is committed to in his philosophy of developing great players and great young men.

  • Joey Lamoreaux-Goaltending Specialist

    Joey Lamoreaux, a proud native of Shorewood, Wisconsin, ignited his passion for hockey at the age of four. His journey began at the University School of Milwaukee, where he discovered his knack for goaltending. Lamoreaux's skills flourished over seven seasons with the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals, catching the eye of the Madison Capitols in the USHL, who drafted him.

    He spent two seasons with the Capitols before earning a commitment to play division 1 hockey at St. Cloud State University, where he played three seasons, reaching the national championship game in his sophomore year. Opting for a new chapter, Lamoreaux transferred to the University of Alaska Anchorage to further his hockey career, finishing up his last collegiate season in March of 2024. He earned a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Real Estate.

    In addition to his playing career, Lamoreaux benefited from coaching by top mentors, including Brett Larsen, an Olympic coach and world junior coach for Team USA. Lamoreaux reciprocated this knowledge by coaching goalie camps for Scorers Edge in Milwaukee, contributing to USA Hockey central districts, and assisting former teammates' camps in Minnesota. Now, he eagerly returns to Milwaukee, his hometown, poised to help the next generation of hockey talent.

  • Bryce Fisk-Athletic performce Coach

    Bryce is one of the lead strength coaches in the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals’ Strength & Conditioning Program. A former player himself, he grew up in Brown Deer, Wisconsin, and began his hockey journey with the Ozaukee Ice Dogs before moving on to play for the Grafton Ice Hawks at the high school level. He then advanced to junior hockey with the Wisconsin Whalers (NA3HL), where he spent three seasons from 2015–2018 and served as assistant captain during his final two years. Bryce went on to compete at the collegiate level with Concordia University Wisconsin (NCAA DIII) from 2018–2022, earning the role of team captain his senior season.

    Inspired by his own playing career and the countless hours spent training to elevate his performance, Bryce pursued a career in strength and conditioning. Over the past three years, he has worked with hockey players at every level of the game from youth athletes to professionals. His experience includes serving as strength coach for the Concordia University Wisconsin Women’s Hockey Team (2022–2024) and most notably training several AHL players, including Zach Solow, Matt Donovan, Spencer Stastney, and Michael Karow.

    Bryce’s passion lies not only in helping athletes maximize their performance on the ice but also in teaching them the value of strength, conditioning, and discipline. His goal is to equip players with the tools and habits they need to succeed, not just in hockey, but in life.
