The on ice focus for this group will be position specific development training not found in typical summer camps. The group will be split into forwards and defensive positions. Forwards will focus on agility, deception, and scoring. Defensive focus will be on agility, offensive tactics, scoring and puck skills. The off ice focus will be conditioning, mobility/flexibility, core training, weight training, and skating specific low work.
